No Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products — pharmaceutical-grade research peptides and compounds — Superman Peptides AUS operates a strict no-returns policy on all orders once dispatched.

Research compounds are highly sensitive biological materials. Once a product leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee the integrity of the cold chain, storage conditions, or handling. For this reason, we are unable to accept returned goods under any circumstances.

By placing an order with Superman Peptides AUS, you acknowledge and accept that all sales are final and that no returns will be accepted after dispatch.

All purchases made through Superman Peptides AUS are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or any other reason once payment has been processed and the order has been dispatched.

This policy applies to all payment methods including bank transfer and PayPal. Once an order has been confirmed and dispatched, the transaction is considered final.

While we do not accept returns or offer refunds, we will assess claims on a case-by-case basis where an item arrives visibly damaged in transit or where an incorrect product was dispatched due to a packing error on our part.

To raise a claim, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@supermanpeptidesaus.com with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect item.

Superman Peptides AUS reserves the sole right to determine whether a claim is valid and what remedy, if any, is appropriate. Any remedy offered is entirely at our discretion and does not constitute an admission of liability.

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us immediately at info@supermanpeptidesaus.com with your order number.

We cannot guarantee that cancellation requests will be processed in time, as orders are often fulfilled and dispatched quickly. If your order has already been dispatched at the time of your cancellation request, the no-returns and no-refunds policy will apply.

For bank transfer orders that have not yet been paid, the order will be automatically cancelled if payment is not received within the specified timeframe.

Superman Peptides AUS dispatches all orders with tracking. Once a parcel has been handed to the courier and a tracking number has been issued, responsibility for delivery passes to the courier service.

In the event that a parcel is lost in transit, we will assist in lodging an investigation with the courier on your behalf. However, Superman Peptides AUS does not accept liability for parcels lost or delayed by third-party courier services.

We strongly recommend ensuring your delivery address is correct at the time of checkout. Superman Peptides AUS is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Superman Peptides AUS ships within Australia only. We do not accept responsibility for any orders that are seized, delayed, or confiscated by any regulatory authority, customs body, or law enforcement agency.

It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the products they are ordering are legal to possess and use in their jurisdiction. No refunds or replacements will be issued for orders seized by any authority.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any breach of a guarantee under the ACL is limited to the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods, or the payment of the cost of replacing the goods or acquiring equivalent goods.
